BRG^TM - Technical Information

• Using Bio Regenerate’s proprietary method, the BRG^TM cells are recovered from 450ml of un-mobilized peripheral blood.
• The method recovers 25-85x10⁶ stem/progenitor cells.
• The cells in the recovered population express surface markers of hematopoietic, mesenchymal, endothelial and monocytic origin.
• The BRG^TM cells can differentiate into endothelial and hematopoietic progenitor cells and express some characteristics of mesenchymal stem cells.
• In Vivo activity: The BRG^TM cells were demonstrated to improve blood flow regeneration in a mouse limb ischemia model.
